Call for Papers / Chamada para Inscrição de trabalhos

Inscrição de trabalhos (Comunicações)

1. As Comissões Organizadora e Científica selecionarão os trabalhos submetidos com base nos seguintes critérios: pertinência temática à área de pesquisa em (1) Bioética, (2) Neuroética e/ou (3) Ética da IA; qualidade acadêmica do trabalho, considerando o nível de pós-graduação e pesquisa do proponente; observância estrita dos prazos divulgados.

2. O prazo final para submeter trabalhos com respectivos resumos (de 200 a 500 palavras, com título, nome, endereço e e-mail do autor) é 10 de março de 2024. Os trabalhos recebidos após essa data não serão considerados.

3. Todos os resumos e trabalhos devem ser submetidos em uma das três línguas do evento: português, espanhol ou inglês. Apenas os trabalhos apresentados no colóquio serão considerados para publicação nos Anais / Proceedings ou em e-book.

4. Os trabalhos não devem exceder 15 páginas, incluindo notas e bibliografia, com o resumo, digitalizados em Word ou RTF, fonte Times New Roman 12, espaço 1,5 e margens de 2,5 cm.

5. Todos os resumos e trabalhos devem ser enviados unicamente por e-mail, como arquivo anexo (attached file), aos 4 endereços de e-mail abaixo:

6. Trabalhos que não se conformam a essas normas serão desconsiderados. Os autores dos trabalhos selecionados serão notificados por e-mail até 20 de março de 2024.

Requirements for the Submission of Contributed Papers

1. The Organizing and Scientific Committees will select submitted papers according to the following criteria: relevance to an appropriate area of research in (1) Bioethics, (2) Neuroethics and/or (3) AI Ethics; academic worth of the contributed paper, taking into account the graduate work and scholarship of proponent; strict compliance with the deadlines.

2. The submission deadline is March 10, 2024, for sending a preliminary version of the paper with abstract (between 200 and 500 words, with title, author’s name, mailing and e-mail addresses). Papers received after this date will not be considered.

3. All abstracts and papers must be submitted in one of the three languages of the Colloquium: Portuguese, Spanish or English. Only papers actually read at the Colloquium will be considered for publication in the Proceedings or e-book.

4. Contributed papers should not exceed 15 pages, including footnotes and bibliography, with abstract, and should be word processed in Word or RTF format, font Times Roman 12, line spacing 1.5, margins 2.5 cm.

5. All submitted abstracts and papers must be solely sent as attachment by email to the four email addresses below:

6. Submitted papers which do not comply with these guidelines will not be considered. Those whose proposals have been accepted will be informed by email by the 20th of March, 2024.
